Key Account Manager (Enterprise Accounts)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Key Account Manager to lead our ShopBack Pay merchant portfolio. You will be the primary liaison for enterprise merchants, helping them maximise revenue through our cashback and payment solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Present ShopBack Pay’s value proposition and drive merchant adoption.
• Strategically grow merchant revenue using data‑driven insights and consultative selling.
• Coordinate with marketing, business development and operations to meet merchant expectations.
• Gather feedback, track trends and translate them into internal best practices.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and optimise campaign outcomes.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of merchant retention and success milestones.
• Build long‑term relationships through proactive, customer‑centric engagement.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of key account management experience, preferably in F&B, technology or payments.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to extract insights from data.
• Proven track record of solution selling and expanding client relationships.
• Creative problem‑solving and out‑of‑the‑box thinking.
• Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude) to improve workflows.
