Lead Account Representative

About the role

Convera is seeking a Lead Account Representative to own and expand a portfolio of high‑value Enterprise and Mid‑Market clients. The role combines sales expertise in foreign exchange (FX) and cross‑border payments with a focus on delivering tailored solutions and driving revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own and grow a portfolio of Enterprise and Mid‑Market clients, building strong relationships with key decision‑makers.
• Identify and pursue revenue opportunities, ensuring client retention and expansion.
• Deliver customized solutions across FX, international payments, and risk‑management services.
• Support Business Development by engaging early with new prospects.
• Mentor and guide less‑experienced team members, modeling best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of sales or account‑management experience in FX and cross‑border payments.
• Proven track record of building and growing Enterprise customer relationships.
• Successful experience selling complex hedge and payments solutions.
• Proactive attitude with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Familiarity with FX derivatives.
• Understanding of credit‑management frameworks.
• Ability to analyse corporate financial statements.
