Lead, Content Strategy & Digital Engagement (Marketing)

About the role

Invesco is seeking a senior leader to shape and execute the content strategy for its Asian markets. You will drive digital‑first storytelling across multiple investment themes and client segments, ensuring consistent, high‑impact communication that supports business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a region‑wide content strategy covering equities, fixed income, alternatives, multi‑asset and macro themes.
• Lead the creation of marketing assets across digital, social, web, video, email, presentations and sales collateral.
• Manage content campaigns, product launches, thought‑leadership pieces and market‑event communications.
• Partner with sales teams to deliver client‑focused tools that accelerate revenue generation.
• Build and mentor a high‑performing content team, setting priorities and ensuring quality execution.
• Coordinate with senior stakeholders in marketing, product, compliance, technology and operations.
• Enhance content governance, workflow efficiency and adoption of automation technologies.

Required profile

• 8‑10+ years of experience in content marketing, investment communications or product marketing within financial services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Communications or related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Proven people‑leadership and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
• Strong commercial judgment, project‑management and prioritisation skills.
• Interest in digital innovation, AI and content technology.

Required skills

• Bloomberg data platform experience.
• Morningstar data platform experience.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Word and PowerPoint.
