About the role

We are seeking a proactive Legal Counsel to join our team and provide comprehensive legal support across business operations. The role involves drafting contracts, managing disputes, and ensuring compliance for our international platform.

Key responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and revise day‑to‑day business contracts while delivering clear legal opinions to business units.
  • Manage commercial disputes, litigation and arbitration, develop tactics, and coordinate with external counsel.
  • Oversee international site compliance, ensuring platform operations meet local laws and regulations.
  • Provide ad‑hoc legal support and undertake additional tasks as assigned.

Required profile

  • Minimum 2 years of legal practice or in‑house experience, including litigation, arbitration or regulatory compliance.
  • Experience handling arbitration, litigation, or e‑commerce platform matters is preferred.
  • Strong problem‑solving abilities, self‑motivation, strategic thinking and adaptability.
  • Capacity to work independently under pressure.
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
