Legal Counsel

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Legal Counsel to join Nan Fung Group’s legal team. The successful candidate will support the Group’s UK and US asset‑management activities and drive M&A transactions for The Mills Fabrica‑UK and the International Property Department.

Key responsibilities

• Report to the Group General Counsel and collaborate with other legal counsel.
• Provide legal advice on corporate, commercial, M&A, joint‑venture and asset‑management matters.
• Draft and review contracts, agreements and other transaction documentation.
• Lead or support negotiations with counterparties.
• Assist with ad‑hoc legal projects and regulatory compliance tasks.

Required profile

• Hong Kong qualified solicitor with 6‑8 years post‑qualification experience.
• Background in international investment banks, Magic Circle firms or in‑house legal departments.
• Demonstrated experience in private‑equity, M&A and joint‑venture transactions.
• Strong commercial acumen, ability to work independently and meticulous attention to detail.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese.
