Legal Secretary – Technology, Media, IP & Competition Team (Hong Kong)

About the role

We are seeking a Legal Secretary to join our Technology, Media, IP and Competition team in Hong Kong. You will provide high‑level administrative support to senior associates and partners, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations in a fast‑paced legal environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage diaries and email correspondence for fee‑earners.
• Arrange travel and handle telephone enquiries as required.
• Open client and matter files and assist with time‑recording.
• Draft, edit, format and proof‑read legal documents.
• Collate indexing on legal documentation and set up files.
• Process fee‑earner expenses promptly.
• Undertake ad‑hoc projects and other assigned tasks.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of legal secretarial experience in a reputable law firm, preferably supporting senior associates or partners.
• Fluent spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to multitask under tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Chinese typing ability (advantageous).
