Leisure Travel Account Manager

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Account Manager to join our leisure travel division. Reporting to the Sales Manager or Country Head, you will work closely with existing clients to maximise revenue and develop new business opportunities across our portfolio of tours, excursions and travel services.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct competitor, market and destination analysis and produce business intelligence reports.
• Identify and pursue new accounts, attend travel fairs and respond to quotation requests.
• Perform consultative selling through visits and calls, qualify client needs and present tailored proposals.
• Negotiate deals, close sales and achieve budgeted gross operating profit (GOP) targets.
• Handle client issues and complaints by coordinating with internal departments for swift resolution.
• Develop account plans, forecast budgets, segment clients and monitor win/loss outcomes.
• Participate in internal sales meetings and contribute to business‑strategy recommendations.
