Logistics Administrator

About the role

Overall management on logistics operations from shipping origin to destination to ensure on-time shipment and smooth procedures along the flow, by coordinating with various parties such as shippers, forwarders, sourcing team and consignees. Day-to-day management of logistics service providers ensures service quality. The role continuously looks at optimizing logistics flow and arrangements to improve cost efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with mills, 3PLs and internal customers (garment sourcing team & global procurement team) for day‑to‑day logistics operations.
• Make decisions in the shipment approval process and coordinate with Logistics Service Providers to meet supply/demand planning requirements.
• Manage logistics service providers and proactively drive continuous operational excellence.
• Handle enquiries from mills and internal customers on logistics issues.
• Audit load plans and various transportation modes regularly to identify cost‑saving opportunities.
• Prepare reports on volume forecasts, logistics milestones and KPI performance.
• Analyze monthly KPI reports on shippers and 3PL performance and implement improvements.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years of experience in the logistics industry, preferably with a forwarding company.
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented and strong sense of urgency and ownership.
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin.
• Continuous improvement mindset.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
