Senior Demand Planning Officer (12‑month Contract)

About the role

The Senior Demand Planning Officer will be responsible for managing the sales forecast of products and point‑of‑sale materials (POSM) for designated brands. Working on a 12‑month contract, you will ensure sufficient supply to meet the sales plan and support the achievement of sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts for products and POSM.
• Collaborate with brand teams to optimise inventory levels and meet demand‑supply KPIs.
• Support Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes, including SOP documentation and system updates.
• Manage SAP purchase orders with overseas suppliers and monitor shipment fulfilment.
• Provide regular reporting and data analysis to aid decision‑making.
• Assist with ad‑hoc projects and tasks as required.

Required profile

• Diploma or higher in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in demand forecasting and inventory management.
• Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and numerical sensitivity.
• Proactive, independent worker with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken Chinese and English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in SAP (especially PO management).
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with Power BI for reporting.
• Competence in Microsoft Word.
