Logistics Documentation Coordinator

About the role

As a Logistics Documentation Coordinator you will ensure that all inbound and outbound shipments comply with international trade regulations while supporting the smooth movement of goods across multiple regions. You will work closely with factories, global teams, and cross‑functional partners to keep logistics operations accurate and on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, process, and distribute shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and customs declarations.
• Verify that all documentation meets current customs regulations and trade‑compliance requirements.
• Coordinate shipment requirements with factories and global teams across different time zones.
• Enter and maintain shipment data in internal logistics or ERP systems with high accuracy.
• Collaborate with global offices, accounting, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless logistics execution.
• Identify and resolve routine logistics issues to maintain operational flow.
• Support additional logistics‑related projects and tasks as needed.

Required profile

• At least 6 months of experience in logistics, supply chain, or documentation support.
• Familiarity with preparing shipping documentation in an international trade environment.
• Understanding of customs regulations and global trade compliance.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with global teams.
