Logistics Solution Manager

About the role

The Logistics Solution Manager will lead the design and implementation of logistics solutions across multiple regions, ensuring optimal network performance and supporting the company’s e‑commerce growth.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and continuously optimize supply‑chain network performance.
• Develop and launch new logistics solutions in Latin America, Africa and Asia.
• Identify key issues through data‑driven analysis and deliver actionable recommendations.
• Conduct deep‑dive reviews to reduce lead times and costs.
• Prioritise and manage multiple projects, resources and stakeholder interests.
• Build strategic relationships with 3PL partners.
• Drive the setup of overseas warehouses in the US, Europe, UK and Korea.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Economics or a related field.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience, preferably in air‑freight or courier operations.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Mandarin proficiency is a strong plus.
• Strong analytical, presentation and communication abilities.
• Proactive, self‑motivated and able to work under pressure.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
