Manager, Digital Communications and Engagement

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead digital communications and employee engagement for a large Hong Kong‑based conglomerate undergoing a major digital transformation. You will work closely with digital leaders, project teams and business stakeholders to translate complex technology initiatives into compelling internal content.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with digital leaders and project teams to communicate the value of transformation initiatives.
• Develop and execute communication strategies that align with business objectives and company values.
• Oversee the digital communications infrastructure, using analytics to optimise messaging and audience engagement.
• Create high‑quality materials such as communication packs, videos, newsletters and multimedia content.
• Provide regular reporting and updates to senior stakeholders on communication effectiveness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Information Systems or a related field.
• 5‑10 years of experience in corporate communications, content marketing or copywriting within the IT/technology sector.
• Proven ability to produce high‑quality communications under tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Strong digital literacy, excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and capable of identifying issues and delivering practical solutions independently.
