Manager, Intermediary Marketing

About the role

Invesco is seeking a Manager, Intermediary Marketing to lead marketing initiatives for private banks across Hong Kong and Southeast Asia. You will work closely with internal and external partners to strengthen the Invesco brand and support business growth in the region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and align strategic marketing plans with business objectives.
• Execute multi‑channel campaigns, including online media, events, media relations, email, and content marketing.
• Collaborate with content and private‑bank sales teams to craft targeted email communications.
• Generate innovative event and activity ideas that resonate with private‑bank clients.
• Partner with sales teams to set joint priorities and ensure strategic alignment.
• Maintain strong relationships with product, legal, compliance, and other internal partners.
• Lead cross‑border projects, share best practices, and streamline regional processes.
• Support global growth initiatives and deliver above‑the‑line, below‑the‑line, and digital marketing activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of marketing experience in asset management or finance.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
• Proven stakeholder‑management and relationship‑building abilities.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities.
