Manager of Business Development

About the role

AmCham HK is seeking a proactive Manager of Business Development to expand and engage its member community. The role focuses on building relationships with corporate members, enhancing their experience, and driving strategic partnerships across Hong Kong’s international business ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and connect with prospective corporate members across diverse industries to drive growth.
• Lead onboarding, engagement, and retention initiatives to elevate member experience.
• Coordinate high‑impact corporate partnerships and sponsorship opportunities.
• Represent AmCham HK at premier networking and industry events as a key brand ambassador.
• Track member journeys and gather insights using the organization’s CRM platform.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of experience in business development, sales, account management, or partnerships.
• Proven ability to build rapport and communicate confidently with corporate executives.
• Strong familiarity with Hong Kong’s international business ecosystem.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship‑management skills.
