About the role

We are seeking a Manager of Public Affairs & Strategic Communications to operate from Hong Kong and support leading technology companies across markets. You will translate complex policy, regulatory and geopolitical developments into clear strategies that guide senior executives and shape public narratives.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and interpret current affairs, regulatory and geopolitical trends affecting tech and innovation.
• Convert insights into actionable recommendations and communication strategies, leveraging AI‑driven market intelligence tools.
• Develop stakeholder maps, scenario planning, messaging frameworks and positioning for governments, NGOs, media and industry groups.
• Prepare executives for high‑stakes briefings, interviews, panels and stakeholder meetings.
• Craft proactive and reactive communications plans for sensitive or high‑impact issues, ensuring cultural relevance across markets.
• Act as a trusted adviser to clients, coordinating integrated programmes across regions while maintaining rigorous project management standards.
