Marketing Coordinator Asia

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator for the Asia region to join AmaWaterways’ regional marketing team in Hong Kong. The role works closely with both the local Hong Kong team and the US‑based team to ensure global brand consistency while adapting communications and campaigns for Asian markets.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce sales and trade collateral such as flyers, toolkits, PowerPoint templates and event materials tailored to regional needs.
• Create digital and print advertising assets, partner campaign visuals, seasonal promotions and support global launches.
• Adapt and schedule social‑media content for Asian platforms, ensuring compliance with channel specifications.
• Develop website, email marketing and digital newsletter content, incorporating motion graphics or video when appropriate.
• Maintain and update regional content on the corporate website, Travel Advisor Portal and SharePoint resources.
• Coordinate with external agencies on PPC and SEM campaigns and fulfil image, video and digital asset requests.
• Provide creative deliverables for conferences, trade shows, webinars and partner events, and develop localized marketing packages for travel advisors.
• Manage the Asia marketing planner, campaign calendars, ASANA tasks and digital asset repositories, and track inventory of printed materials.

Required profile

• Motivated marketing professional with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple time zones and cultures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ASANA task management.
• Experience using SharePoint for content management.
• Advanced PowerPoint design skills.
• Knowledge of PPC and SEM campaign coordination.
