Marketing Executive

About the role

The Marketing Executive will support the planning and execution of brand marketing initiatives across Hong Kong and Macau. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to launch new products, run seasonal campaigns, and activate community events.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing brand marketing activities, including product launches, pop‑up events, and cross‑brand collaborations.
• Localise marketing assets for Hong Kong and Macau, ensuring relevance to local culture and consumer trends.
• Coordinate launch schedules, prepare marketing collateral, and facilitate communication among internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Work with vendors, mall operators, event agencies, media partners, and community organisations to deliver campaigns on time and to brand standards.
• Support on‑site event management and activation execution.
• Monitor market trends, competitor actions, and consumer feedback, providing insights for campaign optimisation.
• Provide administrative and operational support for marketing projects and handle ad‑hoc assignments.
• Occasionally travel to Shenzhen, Singapore, or other regional markets as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in marketing, brand activation, event management or retail marketing. Fresh graduates with strong internship experience are welcome.
• Familiarity with Hong Kong culture, consumer behaviour, social media platforms and lifestyle trends.
• Strong execution skills, ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and flexible to changing business needs.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Fluent in Chinese and English; Cantonese proficiency highly preferred.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
