Marketing Manager – Beauty & Skincare

About the role

LUXASIA is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead makeup and skincare marketing initiatives across its luxury beauty portfolio. You will shape and execute integrated campaigns that drive brand awareness, traffic, and sales in both online and offline channels.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and implement group‑wide marketing plans to support promotional campaigns and meet business targets.
• Develop and launch online and offline sales events and product promotions to drive footfall and revenue in retail stores.
• Collaborate with sales and retail operations to optimise visual merchandising, in‑store displays, signage and promotional materials.
• Plan and manage CRM campaigns aimed at member acquisition, retention and other business objectives.
• Implement O2O strategies and omni‑channel communications (website, eDM, SMS, internal and external platforms).
• Manage content for internal communications and external social media platforms.
• Build and grow marketing partnerships with media, malls, banks and payment providers.
• Generate innovative marketing ideas to increase brand awareness and engage potential customers.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Communications or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in retail marketing, advertising or corporate communications.
• Strong exposure to the FMCG or luxury retail industry is highly preferred.
