Marketing Manager, Client Engagement, Global Private Banking

About the role

We are seeking a high‑calibre Marketing Manager to lead client‑engagement initiatives for Global Private Banking. The role combines event strategy, digital acquisition, and stakeholder collaboration to drive brand impact and business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Design, plan and execute flagship and bespoke private‑banking events, managing end‑to‑end logistics, compliance and on‑site leadership.
• Develop and run digital acquisition campaigns, localising assets across channels and optimising conversion funnels.
• Collaborate with internal partners across wealth, corporate, innovation and commercial banking to ensure client‑centric execution.
• Manage agencies and suppliers, overseeing onboarding, invoicing and quality of brand production.
• Define success metrics, track performance and deliver post‑event/campaign reports with actionable insights.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or related field.
• 6+ years of marketing experience with a proven track record in event and speaker management.
• Demonstrated expertise in digital and content acquisition, performance‑driven mindset and funnel optimisation.
• Experience in financial services, private banking, luxury or agency environments is preferred.
• Fluent English; Chinese (Traditional or Simplified) preferred.
