Marketing Manager, CRM and Performance Marketing

About the role

Mox is seeking a hands‑on, results‑driven Marketing Manager to lead CRM and performance‑marketing initiatives. You will own the full customer lifecycle, from acquisition to retention, across our digital banking products such as credit, loans, deposits and investments.

Key responsibilities

• Design and operate end‑to‑end CRM and digital messaging ecosystems across owned channels (mobile app, web, email, SMS, push).
• Develop segmentation frameworks and personalization engines to boost product adoption and digital engagement.
• Launch automated lifecycle‑marketing programs focused on cross‑selling, retention and increasing customer lifetime value.
• Scale monthly campaign output while ensuring brand consistency and regulatory compliance.
• Drive rigorous A/B and multivariate testing across creative, timing and audience variables.
• Manage multi‑million‑dollar performance‑marketing budgets across affiliate, SEM, social and programmatic channels.
• Build performance dashboards that provide senior leadership with actionable insights on ROI and market trends.

Required profile

• Proven experience scaling digital platforms and managing multi‑million‑dollar marketing budgets.
• Track record of orchestrating end‑to‑end CRM and campaign ecosystems, preferably in financial services or insurance.
• Data‑driven mindset with strong analytical capabilities.
• Hands‑on attitude and ability to work cross‑functionally with product, digital, analytics and operations teams.
