Marketing Manager – FMCG, Health & Beauty & AI (Hong Kong)

About the role

Markato is a fast‑growing FMCG distributor in Asia looking for a versatile Marketing Manager to lead brand launches and sustained market growth in Hong Kong. You will orchestrate 360° campaigns, manage PR and influencer relationships, and leverage AI tools to turn online buzz into footfall.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end 360° brand launch and growth campaigns, aligning PR, influencer, and digital activities with retail inventory and sales targets.
• Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with top beauty influencers, media editors and KOLs in Hong Kong, coordinating PR events and brand‑seeding kits.
• Set up, manage, and optimise foundational paid digital campaigns across social and search platforms, leveraging AI‑driven structures for O2O conversion.
• Explore and integrate AI tools into daily workflow to accelerate content creation, testing and campaign optimisation.
• Monitor budgets and performance metrics, adjusting spend across influencer payouts and digital ads to meet aggressive retail sales goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience managing 360° brand marketing, PR and digital growth, preferably in Hong Kong’s beauty, lifestyle or FMCG sectors.
• Established network of local KOLs, talent agencies and beauty media with strong negotiation abilities.
• Comfortable navigating major digital advertising platforms and analysing performance data.
• Curious about AI applications, resourceful in testing new tools and improving workflow efficiency.
• Highly organized with excellent time‑management to juggle multiple campaigns under tight startup deadlines.
• Professional demeanor and fluency in both English and Cantonese.
