Marketing Manager – Japanese Cuisine

About the role

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead brand‑building and customer‑engagement initiatives for our Japanese cuisine concepts across multiple F&B outlets in Hong Kong.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement brand‑specific marketing initiatives, including identity creation, messaging alignment, and promotional campaigns.
• Analyse market trends, consumer behaviour and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Plan, execute and evaluate online and offline campaigns such as social media, events and seasonal promotions.
• Conduct market research to understand customer preferences and use insights to refine strategies and product offerings.
• Collaborate with operations, culinary and design teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing activities.
• Manage content development for websites, social media and other channels while maintaining a consistent brand tone.
• Monitor performance metrics, generate reports and provide actionable recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Hotel & Catering Management or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of solid experience in F&B marketing.
• Change‑agent mindset with strong awareness of market trends.
• Creative, team‑player able to meet tight deadlines.
• Independent, entrepreneurial with excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and independently.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
