Marketing Manager (Social & Digital Engagement)

About the role

Octopus is looking for a Marketing Manager to lead social and digital engagement across its corporate channels and Rewards platform. You will shape community interactions, drive merchant collaborations and ensure the brand’s voice is consistent and impactful.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee corporate social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Threads, LinkedIn, YouTube, WeChat, Xiaohongshu), create paid and organic campaigns, manage content calendars and community interactions.
• Plan and execute integrated campaigns on the Rewards platform, working with Business Development to boost acquisition, redemption and transaction growth.
• Monitor performance using social listening, KPI dashboards and analytics, and optimise campaigns based on data insights.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing multi‑channel digital and social media campaigns, including merchant and co‑marketing initiatives.
• Proven ability to handle social customer service, issue escalation and crisis management.
• Strong storytelling, copywriting and content creation skills, with experience using Canva and AI‑assisted design tools.
