Marketing Officer (Mongolian speaker required)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Marketing Officer to lead our go‑to‑market activities across fast‑growing APAC markets, including Mongolia, Cambodia, Sri Lanka, Nepal and the Maldives. Based in Hong Kong, you will drive both online and offline campaigns to raise Odoo’s visibility and generate qualified leads.

Key responsibilities

• Organise events across target markets to create brand awareness and capture leads.
• Manage demand‑generation marketing campaigns tailored to each market.
• Create engaging online content – webinars, blogs, videos, community groups and social media posts – to improve SEO and product education.
• Collaborate with direct and indirect sales teams, sharing market insights to optimise initiatives.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Support expansion projects through reporting and market analysis.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Professional proficiency in English and Mongolian.
• Ability to thrive in a multicultural, high‑growth SaaS environment.
• Creative mindset with resilience under pressure.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for stakeholder and vendor management.
• Hands‑on experience growing communities on major social platforms.
