Marketing & Promotions Officer – Digital & Social Media

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing & Promotions Officer to join the Pacific Place team in Hong Kong. Reporting to the Marketing & Promotions Manager, you will help execute digital and social media campaigns that strengthen the brand image of Pacific Place and Starstreet Precinct.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Pacific Place and Starstreet Precinct social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Little Red Book, WeChat).
• Coordinate with agencies to create high‑aesthetic digital content and execute end‑to‑end social media campaigns.
• Analyse digital marketing data to optimise SEO/SEM, Baidu and social engagement.
• Promote tenant offers across the mall app, website and in‑mall digital screens.
• Oversee maintenance and scheduling of in‑mall digital pillar screens and signage.
• Administer CMS (Sitecore), perform UAT for new features and support website/app deployments.
• Collaborate using Figma and Jira on UI/UX improvements and project tracking.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Journalism or related field.
• At least 3 years of hands‑on experience in digital marketing, social media or website management.
• Experience in luxury retail or shopping‑mall environments is a strong plus.
• Strong creativity and awareness of Hong Kong digital content trends.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Immediate availability preferred.
