Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to manage and grow our presence across multiple social platforms while creating bilingual promotional content that highlights Consumer RWA concepts. The role combines community event coordination with strategic communication to drive user engagement in the Web3 ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and content planning across social channels such as Twitter/X, Telegram, Discord, WeChat, etc.
• Draft promotional materials, press releases, and project introductions in both Chinese and English to promote Consumer RWA concepts.
• Plan and execute online and offline community events, including AMAs and Web3 festival promotions.
• Assist in liaising with key opinion leaders, media outlets, and Web2/Web3 partners to boost registration and user engagement.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field (preferred).
• Relevant experience in Web3, e‑commerce or technology sectors (preferred).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English.
• Interest or understanding of RWA, cryptocurrency markets and secondary trading ecosystems.
• Outgoing personality, proactive, resilient and strong interpersonal skills.
