Media Network (Social Media & Influencer) Specialist

About the role

The Media Network Specialist will be the heartbeat of Red Bull Hong Kong’s daily social presence. You will integrate channel management, content programming, creation, and influencer marketing to deliver locally relevant storytelling that resonates with a Gen‑Z audience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute channel strategy and content programming across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Threads, redbull.com and third‑party platforms.
• Manage agencies and freelancers to ensure deliverables align with strategic plans and performance goals.
• Define redbull.com strategy, maintain SEO standards, and drive conversion through a localized user experience.
• Create fun, light‑hearted, “Gen Z‑relatable” content, increase posting frequency, and enhance brand visibility.
• Build and nurture a community through social media management and community‑focused initiatives.
• Identify storytelling opportunities, produce social‑first content, and oversee production from brief to feedback.
• Lead the expansion of the creator and influencer network, develop tailored plans, and manage end‑to‑end collaborations.
• Establish relationships with key media and Gen‑Z‑focused outlets to amplify earned social reach.

Required profile

• Proven experience in social media management, content programming, and influencer marketing.
• Strong understanding of the Hong Kong market and Gen‑Z culture.
• Ability to work with agencies, freelancers, and internal teams to deliver high‑quality content.
• Excellent storytelling instincts and a data‑driven mindset.
