Member Services Specialist – Trilingual (English, Cantonese, Mandarin)

About the role

We are seeking a trilingual Member Services Specialist to join our Luxury Lifestyle Management team in Hong Kong. The role involves handling complex travel, retail and entertainment requests for high‑net‑worth members across the APAC market.

Key responsibilities

• Create personalized lifestyle solutions, including travel itineraries, restaurant reservations and exclusive event access.
• Research, source and recommend options that match each member’s preferences, leveraging local knowledge and global networks.
• Maintain strong relationships with members and suppliers, communicating fluently in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
• Manage multiple requests efficiently, ensuring timely and detail‑focused service throughout the day and evening shifts.

Required profile

• Native‑level Mandarin and Cantonese with fluent spoken and written English.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build rapport with members and partners.
• Creative problem‑solver who can handle complex or unusual requests independently.
• Strong organisational, multitasking and attention‑to‑detail abilities in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in digital research tools and internet platforms.
• Ability to navigate multiple internal systems and external supplier databases.
