About the role

The Office IT Solution Advisor provides concierge‑level, end‑to‑end technology support to office colleagues, ensuring rapid issue resolution and enabling a smarter work environment. You will act as a trusted advisor, delivering both operational excellence and proactive guidance on firm‑wide tools and services.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver walk‑in IT Bar support during core office hours, handling urgent in‑office technology requests.
• Perform real‑time incident triage, resolve issues locally when possible, and escalate to the Global Help Desk or vendors for specialist assistance.
• Document resolution steps clearly and take end‑to‑end ownership of each ticket.
• Build awareness and drive adoption of firm tools, solutions, and services across the office.
• Monitor the health of office technology proactively and suggest improvements.
