职位概况
鰂魚涌小學招聘校工主管，负责校园环境的清洁、安全及设施维护，是学校社区的重要成员。
主要职责
- 带领并管理7人的校工团队，分配日常清洁与维护任务。
- 执行校园安全检查，及时报告设施安全隐患。
- 负责活动场地的搭建、拆卸及设施安排。
- 协助园艺工作及恶劣天气后的清理。
- 在人员短缺时亲自参与清洁、搬运家具等体力工作。
任职要求
- 具备灵活应变及解决问题的能力。
- 能使用英语和粤语进行沟通。
- 主动提前准备，能接受夜间及周末加班。
- 勤奋负责，守时专业，具备良好的人际礼仪。
- 有校工或相关设施管理经验者优先。
必备技能
- 使用简单维修工具进行设施维护。
- 进行安全检查并撰写报告。
- 基本园艺操作技能。
