设施助理（保安）

职位概况
负责学校或公司设施的出入口管制、巡逻及突发事件处理，确保场所安全有序。
主要职责
- 守卫大门，检查人员、车辆及物品，防止未授权进入。
- 定时巡查大楼、教室及户外区域，防范盗窃、破坏等行为。
- 处理火灾、暴力等紧急事故并及时联络警方等相关单位。
- 监控闭路电视、警报系统，保管钥匙，确保设备正常运行。
- 登记访客、维修人员信息，协助接待与指引。
- 完成公司或业主交办的其他安全事务。
任职要求
- 持有效「保安人员许可证」及「认可保安训练课程证书」。
- 流利粤语，具基本英语沟通能力。
- 具保安、客户服务、设施或物业管理工作经验。
必备技能
- 熟悉出入口管制流程。
- 能够操作监控及警报系统。
