About the role
Epro Telecom is expanding its outbound sales team for credit‑card installment services. The role involves contacting customers by phone to promote and explain installment options, and handling related inquiries.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to promote credit‑card installment services.
- Process and follow up customer inquiries about installment offers.
Required profile
- Higher Diploma or above.
- Banking or telephone sales experience preferred.
- Fluent in Cantonese, basic English and Mandarin.
- Strong communication and telephone etiquette.
- Proficient in computer use (MS Word, Excel) and Chinese typing (Cangjie/Quick).
