About the role

The Assistant Customer Services Officer will support the tram charter division by handling inbound enquiries, coordinating logistics and assisting marketing initiatives. This position requires a professional, bilingual approach to delivering excellent customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

  • Answer the customer enquiry hotline in a professional and timely manner.
  • Manage daily operations of the tram charter division, including client enquiries via phone and email and party tram logistics.
  • Work on marketing and partnership projects that build the company’s brand and commercial capabilities.
  • Provide support for other marketing and customer service areas as assigned by senior staff.

Required profile

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • At least one year of relevant experience in a hotline or call centre (advantageous) or relevant internship/part‑time experience for fresh graduates.
  • Fluent in spoken and written Chinese and English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese word processing.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
