職位概況
負責規劃、執行及優化品牌在 Meta（Facebook/Instagram）與 Google Ads 的數位廣告策略，提升曝光、流量與轉換成效。
主要職責
- 規劃、執行並持續優化 Meta 廣告策略，涵蓋品牌曝光及轉換型活動。
- 操作 Google Ads（Search/Display/YouTube/PMax）輔助投放，提升 ROI。
- 分析廣告數據與關鍵指標，提出具體優化策略。
- 管理廣告預算，確保資源有效配置並達成業績目標。
- 與設計、內容及行銷團隊合作，優化素材、文案與受眾策略。
- 追蹤市場趨勢、消費者行為及競品動態，提供成長建議。
- 定期製作廣告成效報告，提供策略洞察與改善方向。
任職要求
- 2-4 年以上數位廣告投放經驗。
- 大學以上學歷。
- 英文讀寫中等以上。
- 具電商、快消品或美妝產業經驗者佳。
必備技能
- Meta Ads Manager 操作與優化。
- Google Ads（Search/Display/YouTube/PMax）操作。
- GA4、Google Analytics、Google Tag Manager、Looker Studio、Google Trend。
- Canva、Photoshop 基本圖片製作與文案撰寫。
