Operations Manager

About the role

As an Operations Manager you will act as the brand ambassador, leading a store team to deliver the highest level of client experience. You will own all operational aspects of the store, from inventory control to facility management, ensuring smooth daily performance and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, recruit and develop a high‑performing store team, fostering succession planning.
• Oversee inventory management, including stock organization, cycle counts, adjustments and inter‑store transfers.
• Manage front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house stock flow to maximise efficiency and sales.
• Coordinate shipping and receiving processes and work with regional and corporate partners.
• Maintain store facilities, including housekeeping, lighting, utilities, décor, fixtures and exterior appearance.
• Handle vendor relationships, approve work and invoices, and supervise minor renovations.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, risk‑management procedures and safety regulations.
• Supervise technology devices, collaborate with IT to resolve tickets, and maintain operational systems.
• Deliver service excellence by overseeing client merchandise preparation, packaging and delivery communication.

Required profile

• Proven experience in retail or luxury store operations with a strong focus on client service.
• Demonstrated leadership ability to coach, motivate and build teams.
• Excellent organisational and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work with cross‑functional partners such as risk management, IT and facilities.
• Commitment to upholding brand values and operational standards.
