Part-time Pantry Attendant

About the role

The pantry attendant will ensure timely and efficient delivery of pantry and tea services at the client’s premises, supporting daily business operations. This part‑time position requires maintaining a clean, well‑stocked pantry and providing courteous service to staff and guests.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and report mug inventory levels.
• Distribute milk daily and guarantee sufficient supply at each coffee point.
• Perform stocktaking of coffee capsules, first‑aid supplies and other general items.
• Clean pantry utensils and keep the area neat and orderly.
• Provide tea service for guests when required.
• Assist with catering set‑up for in‑house functions and events.
• Coordinate purchases of coffee, lunch and other refreshments from external vendors.
• Wash coffee mugs, dishes and perform general cleaning in the client area.
• Support irregular shift patterns and provide team self‑relief.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably as a pantry attendant or in customer service.
• Neat, organized, proactive and attentive to detail.
• Customer‑focused attitude with the ability to communicate in simple English.

Required skills

• Inventory monitoring and basic stocktaking.
• Food‑service hygiene and cleaning procedures.
• Ability to operate coffee and tea equipment.
