About the role
Kowloon Cricket Club is a premier sports and recreation club in Hong Kong. The Club’s food and beverage outlets serve superior Western, Chinese and Indian cuisines. We now invite applications for the Pastry Commis position.
Key responsibilities
- Work closely with the Pastry Team.
- Responsible for all production in the pastry kitchen, including pastries, pizzas, desserts, cakes, and pies.
- Collaborate with a small pastry team.
Required profile
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in pastry or bakery production.
- Institutional training in bakery/pastry production or a related discipline.
- Good team player.
