Performance Executive – Fresh Graduate Welcome

About the role

We are looking for a Performance Executive to join our advertising and media team in Hong Kong. The role is ideal for recent graduates eager to launch a career in performance marketing, managing paid search, programmatic and paid social campaigns for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise Paid Search, Programmatic and Paid Social campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse data and make strategic adjustments.
• Use spreadsheets and dashboards to identify trends, troubleshoot delivery issues and improve results over time.
• Spot opportunities for new campaigns and provide technical support to clients and internal planning teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 0‑1 years of experience in SEM, social media advertising or RTB bidding; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Previous experience in a media agency is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset, detail‑oriented and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
