Personal Banking Executive – Call Centre & Outreach

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Personal Banking Executive to drive customer acquisition and deepen relationships for TDCX in Hong Kong. The role combines call‑centre handling with on‑site promotional outreach at partner retail locations, acting as a brand ambassador for banking products.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer enquiries and ensure every call ends with a proactive upsell or cross‑sell of financial products such as credit cards.
• Promote banking products at major retail partners, engage foot traffic, distribute materials, and assist prospects with on‑the‑spot applications.

Required profile

• High school diploma or higher.
• At least 1 year experience in retail banking, telesales, call‑centre or face‑to‑face promotional sales.
• Strong outgoing personality, high resilience and comfort working both in office and field environments.
• Fluency in Cantonese and proficiency in English and Mandarin.
