Platform Engineer

About the role

Join Options as a Platform Engineer in Hong Kong, working within an Agile, 24/7 "Follow the Sun" team that supports critical financial‑technology infrastructure. You will collaborate directly with customers to resolve incidents, fulfil service requests, and drive projects that keep our cloud‑native platforms reliable and innovative.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve incidents, customer escalations and service requests promptly.
• Update and patch Kubernetes and OpenShift clusters in production.
• Monitor cloud infrastructure, identify efficiency gains and suggest service improvements.
• Support change management processes and contribute to automation initiatives.
• Maintain and enhance documentation, processes and reporting.
• Identify trends in daily checklists and drive tooling innovation.
