PR Executive – 1 Year Contract

About the role

We are looking for a PR Executive to join our team on a one‑year contract. Reporting to the Assistant PR & Event Manager for Hong Kong & Macau, you will support the Maison’s communications strategy across internal and external channels.

Key responsibilities

• Write, adapt, proofread and curate high‑quality bilingual content (English, Cantonese, Chinese) for press releases, media alerts, product information, event invitations, speeches, executive talking points, newsletters, presentations and digital platforms.
• Coordinate media inquiries, interview requests, photo shoots and product‑loan logistics promptly and professionally.
• Assist in cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with journalists, editors, stylists and self‑media influencers across print, digital and social platforms.
• Track and monitor media coverage, compile regular reports to evaluate PR effectiveness.
• Work with external vendors and internal stakeholders (retail teams, boutiques) to ensure seamless execution of projects.

Required profile

• Solid experience in communications; agency experience is a plus.
• Proven ability to deliver work on time and to high quality standards.
• Exceptional attention to detail, discretion, cultural sensitivity and capacity to manage multiple fast‑moving projects.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Chinese.
