Procurement Assistant

About the role

IM8 is seeking a Procurement Assistant to manage the end‑to‑end flow of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods for its health and longevity products. Based in Hong Kong, you will work closely with Operations, Quality Assurance, and Product Development to ensure every ingredient and shipment meets the brand’s promise of flawless delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Own the procure‑to‑pay process for raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.
• Support procurement managers with research, analysis, and reporting.
• Coordinate daily with Operations, QA, and Product Development to align on component requirements, lead times, and new product iterations.
• Monitor inventory levels and trigger timely replenishment.
• Source and evaluate vendors on price, quality, delivery, regulatory compliance, and ethical standards; negotiate agreements under senior guidance.
• Book freight, track shipments, and maintain accurate documentation to keep the supply chain audit‑ready.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and a mindset that treats procurement as a brand asset.
• Ability to anticipate and resolve supply issues before they impact customers.
• Experience collaborating across cross‑functional teams in a fast‑growing environment.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Hong Kong.
