Procurement Clerk

About the role

We are looking for a Procurement Clerk to support our waste‑management operations in Fanling. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to understand procurement needs and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with key internal and external stakeholders to identify core procurement requirements.
• Develop and execute procurement plans that meet project milestones, budgets and timelines.
• Manage end‑to‑end purchasing activities, including sourcing, RFQ handling and competitive tendering.
• Provide administrative support to align purchasing initiatives with corporate objectives.
• Ensure compliance with Veolia policies, approval flows and delegated authorities.
• Build collaborative relationships across operational, commercial and finance teams.

Required profile

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in procurement, purchasing, supply‑chain or a related business field.
• 1‑3 years of relevant procurement experience.
• High level of integrity, strong attention to detail and a commitment to compliance.
• Experience in waste management, recycling or environmental services is an advantage.

Required skills

• Understanding of procurement procedures and RFQ management.
