Procurement Manager – FMCG (Hong Kong)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead sourcing activities for a well‑established FMCG group in Hong Kong. You will be responsible for securing raw materials, packaging, co‑manufacturing partners and production equipment that support business growth and product innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute procurement strategies for raw materials, packaging, co‑packers, OEM partners and equipment.
• Identify, qualify and manage suppliers, driving competitive pricing, service excellence and quality standards.
• Lead contract negotiations and conduct regular supplier performance reviews.
• Support new product development projects through strategic sourcing and supplier engagement.
• Monitor inventory levels to ensure a stable supply of materials and finished goods.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align procurement activities with business objectives.
• Manage procurement budgets and deliver cost‑improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and governance standards.

Required profile

• Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of procurement experience in FMCG, food, beverage or consumer products.
• Previous team‑management experience.
• Strong exposure to raw materials, packaging, co‑packers and supplier management.
• Proven negotiation, communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Good understanding of import/export operations and commercial processes.
• Fluent in English and Chinese.
