Procurement Officer – Corporate Office

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Procurement Officer to support the corporate office of Shangri-La Group in Hong Kong. The role focuses on sourcing, negotiating, and managing contracts across various internal departments while ensuring compliance and cost‑effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Handle end‑to‑end procurement processes, including sourcing, RFQ issuance, offer evaluation, recommendation, negotiation and contract management.
• Support internal requests for marketing services, HR, IT hardware/software, general supplies and printing materials, ensuring competitive pricing and compliance.
• Collaborate with the ESG team to launch, implement and monitor the Responsible Sourcing Program.
• Compile and analyse regular and ad‑hoc procurement reports such as spend analysis, responsible sourcing tracking and cost‑savings.
• Maintain and regularly update the master contract summary.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of procurement experience in a related industry.
• Degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
• Strong communication, analytical abilities and effective multi‑tasking.
• Self‑motivated with good time‑management and a collaborative team attitude.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience creating and using Pivot Tables.
