Product Manager – Travel Retail Asia

About the role

We are seeking a Product Manager to lead the end‑to‑end lifecycle of our travel‑retail franchises across Asia. You will shape launch strategies, drive portfolio performance and collaborate with global, regional and market teams to deliver growth for the brand.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full product lifecycle for assigned franchises, including launch planning, communication and stakeholder alignment.
• Analyse sales, consumer and market data to generate growth recommendations and monitor performance.
• Lead launch and business performance reviews, using sell‑in, sell‑out and engagement metrics.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, S&OP, Merchandising and global counterparts to ensure launch readiness.
• Conduct beauty research to identify trends, white‑space opportunities and best practices.
• Plan and execute go‑to‑market campaigns, retailer activations and omni‑channel consumer engagement concepts.
• Manage external agencies, production partners and the trade‑marketing budget, ensuring ROI.
• Collaborate with retail teams on retailer‑specific marketing initiatives, in‑store animations and visibility programs.
• Prepare and deliver retailer conferences, key‑account meetings and senior‑leadership presentations.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, brand or portfolio management within travel retail or luxury beauty.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally with global and regional teams.
