Product Sample & Stockroom Coordinator

About the role

Join Miss Amara as a Product Sample & Stockroom Coordinator and support the Design and Product Development teams by managing rug samples from arrival to approval. This full‑time, office‑based position in Hong Kong ensures the sample library is organised, accurate, and ready for review, helping the product development process run smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, photograph, and catalogue incoming rug samples.
• Maintain accurate product information, inventory records, and sample trackers.
• Organise, label, steam, and prepare samples for product review meetings.
• Document sample quality issues and liaise with suppliers on defects.
• Keep the Hong Kong sample library and warehouse clean, organised, and easy to navigate.
• Manage inbound and outbound sample movements, returns, and inventory reconciliation.
• Support logistics activities, including preparing waybills and coordinating rug pickups.
• Assist with rejected sample sales and warehouse stock management.
• Support photoshoots and other product‑related projects as required.
• Maintain a safe, tidy, and well‑presented warehouse and showroom environment.

Required profile

• Previous experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, logistics, administration, or sample coordination.
• Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy.
• Proactive mindset with willingness to take ownership of tasks.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
• Interest in interiors, homewares, fashion, or product development.
• Capability to perform manual handling as part of warehouse activities.
