Production Officer

About the role

The Production Officer will support the Production Manager in planning and organizing the production department to meet the company’s business objectives, ensuring regulatory compliance and high‑quality output.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Production Manager in planning, organizing and achieving production targets.
• Ensure all manufactured products meet regulatory requirements and GMP standards.
• Monitor equipment, cleanroom and warehouse according to approved PIC/S GMP procedures.
• Participate in the design of manufacturing process flows and oversee Process Validation and Cleaning Validation activities.
• Manage GMP documentation such as batch production records, manufacturing instructions and SOPs.
• Collaborate closely with QA, QC and R&D teams to drive productivity and quality.
• Handle stem cell product manufacturing and packaging.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Production Manager.

Required profile

• Degree in biotechnology, biochemistry, chemistry, medical laboratory science or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of production/manufacturing experience in a PIC/S GMP‑compliant organization.
• Strong organization, communication, management and training abilities.
• Independent, enthusiastic and a good team player.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese.
