Production Operation Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Production Operation Manager to lead our production processes and manage supplier relationships for our carry‑essentials brand. The role involves overseeing the end‑to‑end manufacturing workflow, ensuring products meet quality and delivery targets while driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and monitor production schedules to meet demand and delivery deadlines.
• Track production metrics such as efficiency, yield and downtime, and implement corrective actions.
• Optimize workflow by managing labor, equipment and materials to maximize output and control costs.
• Develop and maintain relationships with outsourced factory partners for hard goods, soft goods and injection‑molded components.
• Conduct regular factory audits to ensure compliance with quality, safety and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align production plans with product development and supply‑chain requirements.
• Promote continuous improvement initiatives and ensure adherence to company policies.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills for managing external suppliers.
• Proven experience in production or operations management within a manufacturing environment.
