About the role
The Project Clerk provides essential administrative support to ensure smooth execution of construction projects. Working closely with the Sales & Marketing Manager, the role acts as a liaison between clients, architects, designers, and contractors.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in the day‑to‑day management of active construction projects.
- Support the Sales & Marketing Manager in communications with clients, architects, designers, and contractors.
- Maintain and integrate project‑related data into the company database.
- Provide ad‑hoc assistance for project‑specific tasks as required.
Required profile
- Diploma or higher qualification.
- Strong communication abilities.
- Proactive, independent, and capable of problem‑solving.
- Experience in building‑materials related projects is an advantage.
